4. Orders & Transactions

• You warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete.
• You consent to receive order confirmations and shipping updates via email.
• ReadyNest reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed exclusively through Razorpay, a certified payment gateway compliant with PCI-DSS standards. ReadyNest does not directly store or process your credit card or UPI information. By proceeding with payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment credentials.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

ReadyNest maintains a customer-friendly refund and cancellation policy:

• Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation may not be possible.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Damaged/Defective Products: Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Shipping & Delivery

ReadyNest aims to deliver orders within the specified timeframe. However:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Shipping address provided must be accurate and deliverable.

8. Product Warranties

ReadyNest sells products "as is". Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, will be honored. ReadyNest does not provide additional warranties beyond those provided by manufacturers. For warranty claims, contact the product manufacturer directly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReadyNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
